56th Anniversary of Sri
Lanka's Independence |
Ontario International Development Agency (OIDA) celebrated 56th anniversary of Sri Lanka's independence at the Noel Ryan Auditorium, Central Library Mississauga, Ontario. Sri Lanka High Commissioner to Canada Her Excellency, Mrs Geetha De Silva participated as a chief Guest and Sri Lanka Consul General Toronto Hon. C S Poolokasingham, India Consul Toronto Hon.Krishan Ketarpal also participated as a special guests. Mr. Daya Hettiarachchi and Mr. Mahinda Gunasekera and Bill Howard received special community service awards from Hon. Mrs. Geetha De Silva. This project delivered through Ontario Sri Lankans Foundation. |
